About Me

Priscilla is a totally passionate Realtor® with tremendous energy for helping her clients buy or sell their homes. She worked in the construction industry for over a decade and this has given her an extensive network of contacts as well as an experienced eye for evaluating properties. She speaks the language of construction and this is crucial for working with contractors and inspectors throughout the buying and selling process.

Priscilla is a homeowner herself who bought a fixer many years ago and has watched it grow in value. She is a believer in Real Estate investment as a means to create wealth. It’s her greatest joy to take care of her clients' needs and make them her top priority. She is extremely hardworking and dedicated. She has excellent negotiation skills and a great reputation in the Real Estate industry. Priscilla utilizes her expertise throughout the process to provide her clients with the highest level of service.

Seven Sisters Construction

In the early 70's, in the midst of a Feminist Movement that was just getting started, Priscilla and her women friends started building houses and working as Carpenters. This photo is of an Octagonal Goat Barn that we spent almost a year building in Albion, CA, near the town of Mendocino. After that experience, Priscilla joined the Carpenter's Union as an apprentice carpenter working throughout the East Bay. Around 1976, they received their Contractor's licenses and formed their own Construction company called Seven Sisters Construction which was organized as a collective. Seven Sisters Construction continued working together until 1984, building houses and remodeling. Priscilla really misses the camaraderie and fun they had building together.

Macaws

The two large Macaw parrots were both rescues who lived with us for over 5 years. Yes...they are very loud! I finally found them a home in the country with a ranch owner near Monterey. They now have horses, dogs, cats and other birds to keep them company.

Favorite Instrument

The Bass that Priscilla is holding in this picture is made by a French Luthier named Christophe Leduc. It is called a U-Bass. Priscilla has been studying and playing bass for most of her adult life. Primarily she's focused on playing Jazz, as well as Salsa and Brazilian music. Priscilla also encourages everyone to take up an instrument if you have the desire ... it is never too late - as she didn't start playing until the age of 26.
